Money Mindset Makeover Challenge-Day 18-More Side Gigs
Do you have some expertise or like to do research? While the three sites I’m giving you links to won’t earn you passive income, I think they’re still worth checking out. The first one is how to become a notary. If you’re wondering what that is they’re the people who witness signatures, documents, and someone’s identity and are used for everything from financial documents to closing on the purchase of property. Each state has its own requirements and regulations. Some require you take a test while others don’t. I’m not sure how much they make and I’m thinking that maybe notaries set their own prices. Money Mindset Makeover Challenge-Day 17-Apps
Have you ever thought about creating an app? Today, I thought we’d focus on something that lots of people over look in their search for side gigs and ways to make money, and that’s creating an app. I’ve heard about people who do just that and make lots of money. Once it’s made it’s also passive income. Like everything else, the key is to come up with an app for something just about everyone will need or want. The one thing that’s prevented me from creating one is I’m not that tech savvy and to make an app you need to know how to code. I do know a few…

Money Mindset Makeover Challenge-Day 11-What Makes You Break Your Budget?
How did you do with yesterday’s challenge? Did you figure out what triggers you to break your budget? A few years ago, I realized e-mails from certain companies always tempted me to make a purchase. They always convinced me it was something I really needed at this very point in my life. Many of us are entrepreneurs ourselves who need mailing lists so I’m in no way saying what they’re doing is wrong. We all need to persuade and sell things but be aware of how many you receive per day and how often you’re buying things. And be aware it could be items and services you wouldn’t have gone…
