    Tomorrow it’s the first day of winter…or summer depending on where you live. 2023 seems to have rushed by. I didn’t post as often as I’d planned or wished because I had a big project to work on.     One Chicken-Three Meals

    One chicken, three meals… Groceries prices are up and it makes sense to try and get as much mileage out of each piece of food you buy. A chicken is a prime example. The first meal you can get from it, is a basic roast chicken, either cooked in a slow cooker or oven. Combine it with vegetables and potatoes and you have meal number one.
