Money Mindset Makeover Challenge-Day 21-Passive Income
My favorite income is passive income. Income that continues to travel into your bank account week after week, month after month, year after year without you doing anything. Well, I say anything, but that’s not quite the case. Passive income is about putting the work in first, sort of like upfront payment and then netting the rewards. It’s not often easy, in fact, it’s sometimes hard and you put in long hours. However, what keeps you going is the knowledge that once done, this piece of work is going to (hopefully), bring you money in the future. It could be a piece of artwork you sell on places like Etsy.…

Money Makeover Challenge-Day Two
It’s day two and I thought I’d post some questions we need to ask ourselves as we make our way through the rest of the month. Either take pen and paper or use your laptop for your responses. We’ll do a final check in on March 1st so you can gauge our progress. What would you say is your biggest money challenge? It could be you can’t save even a penny, you have lots of credit card debt or you can’t get motivated enough to find ways to save money. If you lost your job or source of income, how long do you think you’d be able to continue paying…

What Have You Learned So Far?
It’s day three of Learn Something New Every Day Challenge? Learned anything useful? Something that could save you money, make you money, or something that’s just plain fun? Here’s what I have so far. On Sunday, I learned to make tempeh bacon. Turned out pretty good although I did have to double the marinade and I think next time around I’ll add something with a little more kick to the ingredients. This was in my save money category because if you know anything about vegan food, especially the ‘fake’ meat type products, they’re expensive. While I was looking for a recipe, I think I fell down the learning something new…

Affiliate Marketing-How To Pick and Choose
With so many affiliate programs out there, how do you pick the one that’s right for you, your business, clients and subscribers? I know it’s overwhelming. I gave up more than once trying to figure out which ones I should join. However, it’s definitely something you want to pursue because affiliate marketing once set up (and if you pick the right ones), means passive income. Passive income is the type we want not only to reach financial freedom but to keep us there. Work now, play later has become my new motto. How did I narrow it down and what do I look for? Here are my five deciding factors-…

Affiliate Marketing For Passive Income
I I’m a huge fan of passive income, work on it once, reap the rewards (aka money), later…sometimes forever! Affiliate marketing is one of the easiest ways to make passive income. You know I love anything that Angela of Laptop University creates and this time, she’s come up with Affiliate Marketing Profit-Boosters to show you how she’s made money through affiliate marketing and easy ways for you to be successful too. It’s usually $47 but with the coupon she’s provided, it’s just $17. I hope you’ll check it out, here’s the link (and yes, full disclosure, if you sign up I get affiliate commission… see how easy affiliate marketing works?)…

Passive Income-Everybody’s Dream
Imagine if you could put earning money on some sort of cruise control… You’ve probably seen no end of books, YouTube videos, podcasts, well, you name it on the topic of passive income. We’re going to explore the topic here at BSG continually. Lots of side gigs and many business pursuits involve passive income, so let’s talk about what it is and what it’s not. Passive income, as I mentioned in my intro is sort of like putting your car on cruise control. You do the work of starting the car, driving it onto the freeway and then getting it up to freeway speed, and then you press a button,…
