Vision Boards-What Will December 2021 Reveal?
Ever put together a vision board?
I had what I call a makeshift one comprising of just a flimsy piece of cardboard for my writing and books. However, a few years ago, I got more serious about the whole vision board thing and purchased a notice board that I could actually hang on my office wall.
Both the makeshift and the notice board have worked wonders for me. They not only help you do a little dreaming. (And remember what they say about if you can dream it then your half way there). The main reason I keep a vision board is to get and stay organized. I might add a list of my top priorities to it, and then sort through magazines, even search online for images that best represent what I hope to achieve.
I’m in the process of putting my 2021 vision board together and when Budget Smart Girl kicks gets back from the Christmas break, I’ll show you what it looks like.
Do you want to join me and put together your own vision board?
Here’s something to get you started.
If you could time travel one year, what would you want your life to look like in December 2021?
Throw out all sorts of ideas, budget, business, personal, and then search for images that match your dreams and aspirations.
For example, say you want to get rid of clutter in your home. Search for a photo of a well organized room. Everything in place and labeled. Put it on your vision board and image that in December 2021, your own home is going to look like that.
Or maybe you want to start a blog. Search for one you love and follow, take a screenshot of their logo and pin it on your board. Use it as some sort of mentoring program and know that the person who started the blog once had a dream just like yours.
And speaking of blogs, many of you have e-mailed me to say, you’d like more content about blogs next year, and yes, that’s on my list of content topics. However, in the meantime did you know that Budget Smart Girl has a blog planner for sale on Amazon?
