    One Chicken-Three Meals

    One chicken, three meals… Groceries prices are up and it makes sense to try and get as much mileage out of each piece of food you buy. A chicken is a prime example. The first meal you can get from it, is a basic roast chicken, either cooked in a slow cooker or oven. Combine it with vegetables and potatoes and you have meal number one. Depending on how many are eating this meal, determines how much chicken you have left over so you might get one more meal or two.
