    Have you noticed how many recipes call for breadcrumbs? Make your own by hanging on to the last pieces of bread and put them into a freezer bag. When you have enough saved up, pull them out, let the bread defrost, and put them in the blender or food processor. Even add spices or herbs to the mix. Store them in a container in the freezer until the next time you need some for a recipe.
