Are You Ready For a Challenge?

Want to have products ready for Black Friday?

Want to learn something new by year’s end?

If you’ve been following along with my posts, you already know that I’ve set aside November for the BSG community to take part in a Learn Something New Everyday In November Challenge. And last week, I launched the Have 3 Products Ready for Black Friday Challenge.

Every week through the end of the month, Tuesday posts will focus on getting ready for the learn something new challenge. Thursday posts from now until Thanksgiving will focus on helping you get those three products finished and on sale.

Let’s kick off with the learning something new. If you’re taking part, this week sit down and brainstorm everything you’d like to learn during the 30 day challenge. Remember it can be just for the fun of learning something new, it could be something that in the long run saves you money, or even makes you money.

So far, I’ve come up with five of my own-

Learn to create paperback books for the Nook platform

Learn to make vegan cheeses (I’m trying to give up dairy products)

Learn to make the ultimate black bean burger…past attempts haven’t been that great

Learn how to edit video for my new self paced classes

Learn how to repair and/or install new screens for windows (have three that have tears and holes)

As you can see from the above list, some will save me money, like making my own cheese, burgers, and fixing window screens. The other two will make me money.

Now I need to brainstorm another 25.

How about you? What’s on your list?

Feel free to share them by leaving a comment.

Next Tuesday, we’ll focus on the next step and that’s resources to help you learn new skills.
